    With a power and free conveyor, we can hang products with a max 750kg per load bar

  • PRODUCT ENTERS THE PRETREATMENT SPRAY TUNNEL

    Degrease
    Pickling
    Activation
    Trication zinc phoshpatation
    Passivation and rinse with demi-ionised water

  • PRODUCT MOVES TO THE DRYING OVEN

    The oven will heat up to 200°C

  • THE PRODUCT MOVES INTO A BOOTH

    The product moves into the powder spraying booth, that houses 26 guns

  • THE PRODUCT MOVES INTO THE CURLING OVEN

    Step 1 - Infra Red in order to prevent colour contamination
    Step 2 - Gas oven at 200°C

  • THE FINISHED PRODUCT IS REMOVED

    Your product is now protected by our superior corrosion-resistant coating.

  • READY FOR COLLECTION

    Our centralised location ensures simplified and speedy logistic management.
